Our club was chartered on 8th of May, 2007 and had recently held our Charter Night Celebration on Sunday, 24th June, 2007 and thus it
was not necessary for our club's officers to be installed again. But any way, Charter President Lion Liza Lau decided to participate in the
Joint Installation of the Region 8 Lions Clubs so as to expose our members to gain experience in this very auspicious event.
The job for the organizing of the R8 Joint Installation is by rotation basis, and this fiscal year it fell on the hands of the Lions Club of JB
Mandarin. President of the club, Lion Wion Tay appointed her 2nd Vice President Lion Pang Kim Hong to be the Organizing Chairman. The
dinner function was held at the Restaurant Pekin in Taman Sutera Utama.
We were warmly welcomed to join the other 12 Lions Clubs in Region 8 for this Joint Installation Celebration. And our club was given the
job to produce the souvenir programme.

PCC Albert Tan was the Induction Officer for the new Lions and two new Lions from our club were duly inducted. They were:

2. Lion Peggy Loh
District Governor 308B1 Raymond Tang was the Guest-of-Honour cum Installation Officer. The Installation Ceremony went on smoothly
without any hitches. The function ended very timely at about 10.00 pm to enable the outstation Lions to make their journey home earlier.
