The Inauguration of District Governor Raymond Tang and the Installation of his Cabinet Officers were held at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 21st July 2007. As our club was very new to the Lions movement, the response to attend this function was very poor. Only Charter President Lion Liza Lau attended. She also attended the School for the President held earlier in the afternoon.
