This project was initiated by DC Koo Chi Seng from Lions Club of JB Tanjung Petrie, who appointed
Lion Dr Hooi Siew Tong as the organizing chairman. Some of the Leos from Leo Club of SMK Foon
Yew came to assist. The Transplant Unit of Hospital Sultanah Aminah set up a counter with Staff
Nurses Halijah Ngah Ismail and Wahidah Yahaya on duties for both days. The first day attracted 45
persons and the second day 40 persons who came to pledge their organs.
